  • Create categories, and subcategories, expand/collapse them 
  • Use @ for labels and query search these labels easily
  • Reorder lists easily and lots of shortcuts too
  • Add * before a task to make a note and not a checkbox/date
  • Gmail integration, iGoogle Widget,  firefox toolbar, other APIs to integrate w/ other aps
  • Uses Ajax for quickness, but required Javascript
  • Only $3/month to upgrade to Premium Service which included reminders, twitter, and other options

Have you heard of Vitalist; it is a GTD tool. It's been around for quite some time.
